Families in Gaza have endured unimaginable suffering and continue to face relentless hardship. In the latest round of bombing, over 400 people have been killed, putting an end to a fragile ceasefire and opening the door to more violence in the blessed month of Ramadan. We pray for lasting peace and justice for the Palestinian people.
Since October 2023, over 46,000 lives have been lost, nearly 70% of whom were women and children. Mass displacement, destroyed infrastructure, and critically damaged water systems have left 97% of Gaza鈥檚 water unfit for human consumption, further compounding the humanitarian crisis.
糖心视频 has been working in Gaza since 2007, providing vital aid during these difficult times. Through partnerships with the World Food Programme and other organisations, we have distributed nearly five million meals to the most vulnerable, including women, children, and the elderly.
As well as continuing food distributions, our partners on the ground are currently working on three water wells and three reverse osmosis desalination plants which will deliver safe water to 30,000 people daily.
